About the Game
They say the West is made of gold, hope and vengeance. Most who follow the trail are chasing one of them, and most don’t find any! Will you?
Wild West Pioneers is a city-builder where every sunrise brings a new adventure. From timber to gold, from makeshift homes to bustling towns, you must manage production and care for your people. Follow a story full of danger while exploring the unforgiving frontier. Giddyap, partner!
GOING WEST
As the leader of a group of pioneers, you're responsible for guiding your people as you expand into the Wild West. Find perfect locations for new settlements, and turn them into a home for you and your settlers.
Build settlements across distinct frontier regions, each with its own resources and challenges. Explore the wilderness and claim new territories.
Raise a Town Hall, lay down roads, build homes, keep the Saloon well-stocked, and watch daily life unfold across your growing frontier town.
Create and expand production chains for food, building materials, tools, luxury goods, and more. Turn raw materials and resources into increasingly sophisticated products.
Keep your settlers happy and give them a reason to stay. After all, you don’t want them packing their bags and leaving for greener pastures, do you?
A LIFE OF ADVENTURE
Everyone has a reason to head west: debt, heartbreak, hope... or gold fever. But why did your father never return? Beneath the struggle to build new settlements lies a personal journey to find him and keep the promise you made.
Put on your cowboy boots and head into the frontier with the people who followed you west. Learn their stories, worries, hopes and dreams, as their lives intertwine with yours.
Your choices have consequences. Surviving the frontier takes courage and guile, and every decision will shape your relationships and settlements.
Experience the story through fully voiced dialogue performed by real actors. Hear the fear, anger, hope, and excitement of the people who chose to follow you.
EXPLORING THE FRONTIER
The West is called Wild for a reason. The frontier you're about to explore is full of surprises, adventure and opportunities just waiting to be seized. Send your Scouts to discover new locations to explore, and chart your course westward!
Will you find hidden treasure, strangers needing help, a merchant hawking essential resources? You won’t know until you set out!
Discover new locations and step into beautiful scenes where you can interact with the environment or meet the people who traveled there before you.
Find new places to settle and keep your expansion growing. Travel the world and discover where your pioneers can set up their next camp.
CITIES FULL OF LIFE
Settlers go west in search of a better life. Food and shelter may be enough at first, but a thriving town needs more. Keep your people satisfied, earn their trust, and they may help turn your settlement into a true jewel of the Frontier.
Watch your pioneers go about their daily routine, using the spaces you create, and bringing every corner of your settlement to life.
Shape the town your way. Build roads and place buildings freely. Create a settlement to match your vision of the Frontier!
Decorations add more than just charm. Fulfill your settlers’ wishes with amenities, pets, instruments and other personal touches to make them feel truly at home.
YOUR OWN JOURNEY
The journey across the Frontier is yours to shape. There’s always something worthwhile to pursue. Choose which goals to follow, decide how to spend your rewards, and grow your town in the way that feels right.
Take on Journey quests and use the experience you earn to unlock new buildings that shape your settlement’s growth.
Set your own pace. The game adapts to your playstyle, rewarding progress toward personal goals without forcing you to follow the main storyline.
Experiment with different specializations, which will grant you new ways to respond to your settlements' needs.

A note from the developer:
Wild West Pioneers is being handcrafted with love by a small team of developers and artists who care deeply about the game. We’ve listened closely to your feedback and made some important changes along the way: we replaced all AI-generated assets with work created by our own artists, and re-recorded the voiceovers with real actors. We want to keep making the game better, so please talk to us, share your thoughts, and tell us what works and what doesn’t. Join us on Discord, be part of the journey, and let’s have a blast shaping the Frontier together.
Saddle up, partner. We’re only just getting started.

Official update history
Howdy, partners!
A few fixes for y'all.
Canning Facility no longer needs Iron Ore
Canned food recipes in the Canning Facility no longer use Iron Ore. We originally built this part of the game around trading and blasting rocks, and planned to expand the iron production chain in future updates. Based on your feedback, we're rethinking this loop and looking for better ways to handle iron. For now, canned food costs no iron.
Changes
Traders: Traders now restock 10% of their maximum resources every 24 hours.
Traders: Traders are now unlocked when you enter their location, so you no longer need to interact with them first.
Fixes
Farms & Fields:
Farms
Farms can now be destroyed or moved.
Destroying Farms will remove all fields. This is the same for the Cattle breeder and pastures.
You can only move a building if no fields are built.
Fields
Fields can be individually destroyed as long as it doesn’t leave a field not connected to anything.
You cannot move fields.
Fixed loading of invalid or missing expeditions on dioramas. Older saves with invalid expedition data are now cleaned up automatically.
Added exception handling for faulty save files. Now when a file has an error, the game will allow loading another one.
Voiced dialogue lines no longer overlap each other.
Thank You!
