Fixes
\[Shadows over Crete] Fixed an issue where some DLC achievements (“Ripe for Picking”, “Ghost of Crete”, “Island vacation”, "Quite the Catch" and “Crete Veterans”) did not always unlock correctly on certain platforms including Steam and Xbox.
Fixed an issue where beating mission 1 of the base game (Operation Daybreak) did not always count for achievement progress until all 14 base game missions were finished and any mission was finished a second time. This affected multiple achievements, including “Knock Them Out With Kindness” and “Shadow Tactics”.
Fixed a rare crash related to the view cone settings.

We've just released Update 1.4 for all available platforms, which includes several improvements like performance optimization, additional stat tracking UI elements and the option to disable the white circle around the active Commando.
Furthermore, Update 1.4 for Commandos: Origins includes many mission-specific fixes and further general bug fixes like VSync no longer causing screen tearing and motion blur settings now being applied correctly applied.
Additionally we have fixed an issue where the achievement trackers for "No Stone Left Unkilled" and "Knock Them Out With Kindness" were not tracking correctly and were not being unlocked within the in-game mission display.
Additionally, Commandos: Origins is now available on Xbox One and PlayStation®4.

Added an indicator when using a gun, that shows when enemies are hit. When using the sniper rifle, an indicator has been added that shows when multiple enemies (up to 2) are hit at once.

- Fixed: Operation Nightfall (Mission 3) – Optional objectives “Sabotage the vehicles fleet” and “sabotage the MG nests” showing 1/2 instead of 2/2 upon completion.

- Fixed: Multiplayer – Joining player not able to drive vehicles.

- Fixed: Multiplayer – Some interactables requiring multiple clicks to activate for the joining player.
- Fixed: Multiplayer – For joining player the host player carrying body looking misaligned.
- Fixed: Multiplayer – Saving & loading while having the whistle selected leading to whistle noise range being stuck on screen when deselecting whistle.
5) UI/Settings Fixes
- Fixed: Small gaps between UI elements allowing accidental clicks on the environment when trying to interact with the UI. These gaps do not allow accidental clicks anymore.
- Fixed: Stationary guns (like MGs) sometimes not displaying a ranged indicator anymore.
- Fixed: Credits not rolling after finishing the final mission.
- Fixed: Scroll bar sometimes missing in the Collectibles screen.
- Fixed: Mission Accomplished Screen – Completion time not calculating correctly.
- Fixed: View cone marker continuously overlapping with view cone of enemy can lead to white striped enemy view cone line disappearing until the view cone marker is placed again.
- Fixed: View cone marker breaking after saving & loading.
- Fixed: Alarm UI sometimes getting greyed out in the middle of an alarm when it should stay active.
- Fixed: Minimap being active during intro cutscene leading to the starting camera being mispositioned after the cutscene if the player accidently clicked on minimap while skipping the cutscene.
- Fixed: Harpoon icon sometimes disappearing.
- Fixed: Some players not being able to activate DLSS because the game does not register DLSS as activated when hitting apply.
6) Other Fixes
- Fixed: Killed enemies falling onto objectives reacting with rag dolling (convulsions), when they should not move at all.
- Fixed: Some sound effects fading out too harshly when zooming out and others still being audible from too far away.
- Fixed: Sound effect when the Green Beret’s sound decoy (radio) gets kicked being too quiet.
- Fixed: Some items getting stuck under movable objects like vehicles or certain environmental kills.
- Fixed: Several issues where items could glitch under the environment.
- Fixed: A very rare issue that made the bear trap disappear after loading.
- Fixed: An edge case breaking the sound decoy for the rest of the mission upon loading.
- Fixed: The marine being able to shoot his harpoon through walls when crawling.
- Fixed: An edge case where an enemy did not find a Commando when searching the hiding location with the Commando in it.
- Fixed: An edge case where enemies kept on shooting on empty hiding locations.
- Fixed: Patrol leaders sometimes keeping on searching when the other members of the patrol already moved back to their regular behavior.
- Fixed: Knocked out enemies sometimes sliding back to their original position upon loading.
- Fixed: Enemy view cones sometimes being able to pass through the sides of certain closed doors.
- Fixed: A few inconsistencies with view cones, for example, a fence blocking the view cone when it should not or vice versa.
- Fixed: Sapper sometimes getting stuck when dragging a body and encountering differences in height.
- Fixed: Knocked-out enemies who get revived sometimes not resuming their regular behavior and remaining at the position where they got revived.

- (WinStore + Controller) Fixed: Savegames getting deleted when saving and exiting the game with a controller.
- (Consoles) Fixed: Operation Wave Breaker (12) – Trees and rocks sometimes changing textures in cutscenes when playing in performance graphics mode.
- (Consoles) Fixed: Explosion visual effects like an exploding barrel sometimes not being displayed in performance graphics mode.
- (Controller) Fixed: First Aid Kit ability UI hint being out of bounds when selecting the ability and approaching an injured Commando.
- (Controller) Fixed: Mission Failed Screen – Savegames not being selected in the right order when scrolling down the list, making only some save games selectable from this screen.
- (Controller) Fixed: Command Mode – Picking up items like the harpoon with the command mode ghost could lead to items disappearing from the map. The ghost is no longer able to pick up items.

8) Localization Fixes
- Fixed: Arabic – Name of person currently speaking not on the right side of the sentence in the subtitles.

We just released Update 1.1 on all available platforms which includes various fixes for reported game and performance issues and crashes as well as some implemented feedback like a decreased size of the displayed version number.

Changes
1) Performance Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Pine trees had a significant performance impact. Maps with many pine trees like Operation Blindfold will now have improved performance.
- Fixed: Big FPS drop in the mission accomplished cutscene of Operation Cleaver.
2) Crash Fixes
- Fixed: A crash related to the frequent use of the Marine’s abilities.
- Fixed: Rare Crash related to using command mode with multiple Commandos.
- Fixed: Several other rare crashes.
3) Achievement Fixes
- Fixed: Achievement “If The World Were A Village” not unlocking because it is not possible to trigger global alarms in Operation Daybreak. Operation Daybreak does no longer count for this achievement.
- Fixed: Achievement “Knock them out with kindness” not unlocking because of the mandatory kill of the enemy sniper in Operation Nightfall. This kill does not count for the achievement anymore.
- Fixed: Achievement “Shadow Tactics” not unlocking after completing Operation Reckoning without raising an alarm.

- Fixed: Operation Daybreak (1) - Glitching into an otherwise inaccessible house when carrying an enemy’s body to close to a specific wall and interacting with it.
- Fixed: Operation Daybreak (1) - Enemies sometimes detecting and shooting Commandos through walls in the last part of the mission.
- Fixed: Operation Falchion (2) - Commando and dead body getting teleported outside of a small building when closing door.
- Fixed: Operation Falchion (2) – An issue with the hitbox of a door.
- Fixed: Operation Nightfall (3) - Stationary gun tutorial not displaying button prompts.
- Fixed: Operation Cleaver (4) - Rare crash when triggering the outro cutscene.

- Fixed: Multiplayer - Lights not always working for the joining player.
- Fixed: Multiplayer – Rare issue where the Zodiac was not always moving for the joining player when the host moves it.
- Fixed: Splitscreen - Fixed a specific combination of inputs leading to the mouse input getting blocked completely.
8) Localization Fixes
- Fixed: Differences between spoken voice lines and displayed subtitles.
- Fixed: Displayed names above Commandos not localized.
- Fixed: Adjusting language not always switching the language of the new game cutscene at first try.
- Fixed: Some subtitles not localized in any other language, always being displayed in English.
- Updated some Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese strings with better translations.
- Japanese localization - Adjusted some text being out of bounds.
9) Platform/Input Specific Fixes
- Fixed: Unclear display of available actions when there are multiple actions possible in a small area of the map near a stationary gun.
- Fixed: Sometimes unable to enter Zodiac with group selected Commandos.
- Fixed: Commando information tooltips getting displayed behind portraits.
10) Other Fixes
- Fixed: Highlight mode not automatically getting toggled off anymore after specified time if “Highlight Mode Manual Toggle” was not set.
- Fixed: Enemies sometimes firing at hiding locations with Commandos in them before searching them first.
- Fixed: Commandos sometimes disappear after loading if saved while entering a vehicle.
- Fixed: AI returning to normal behavior upon loading a save game when they were still agitated when the save was created.
- Fixed: Enemies on different floors sometimes getting displayed as if on the same floor when they are not.
- Fixed: Commandos sometimes starting to float in the air while on poles when saving and loading.
- Fixed: Movement orders sometimes not selecting the shortest way, resulting in unreasonable path choices.
- Fixed: Overhead icons reappearing after cutscene when “Hide Icons” option is set to “on”.
- Fixed: Explosions unable to destroy machine guns.
- Fixed: Movement line getting displayed during cutscene if movement was triggered via command mode at the same time as the start of the cutscene.
- Fixed: A misplaced texture on a stone pedestal in a cutscene in Operation Guardian.
- Fixed: Footprints sometimes being visible to enemies in the striped (far) section of their view cones.
- Fixed: Stationary machine gun sometimes not doing damage to enemies.

- Fixed: Some shadows cutting off view cones when they should not, leading to view cones with weird gaps.
