Scan the landscape for wormsign or risk losing your troops and spice harvesters to colossal sandworms who will burst through the dunes to devour them whole. Crush your opponents in combat, best them through political intrigue, and undermine them with your network of illusive spies.

Experience the unique Dune universe, one of the most influential sci-fi settings ever created. Lead your faction to victory with iconic characters, such as Duke Leto Atreides, the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, the Padishah Emperor Shaddam IV, Esmar Tuek, and Liet Kynes. Stay alert as opposing factions seek to gain the upper hand and the planet itself threatens with vast deserts, huge storms, and the dreaded sandworms.

4X in real time.
Balance open warfare, subterfuge, political influence, and economic supremacy to prevail and gain control over the most important planet in the universe. Use secretive agents to sabotage the plans of your opponents. Vote on political resolutions in the Landsraad to further your strategy. Or dominate your opponents by overwhelming them with an all out assault.
Explore Arrakis with ornithopters to discover resources, villages, and points of interest. Expand with your troops to take control of regions. Exploit the resources through buildings and spice harvesters to dominate the economy. Deploy your spaceships and aircrafts to exterminate your enemies but beware as outright aggression can have high political repercussions.

Embark on a strategic journey where you can choose the path of honor and politics or embrace violence and deceit. Choose from various factions with unique abilities and playstyles. Each faction can be customized by selecting councilors who enhance their strengths and mitigate weaknesses.
Whether you choose survival tactics, shady dealings, military might, or dominating the spice trade, there is a faction and councilor combination for every player's preference. Explore the possibilities and shape your own destiny on Arrakis.

Conquest mode.
Take control of one of the major houses and fight through a number of unique scenarios and situations. Personalize your starting house with a variety of perks and upgrades to tackle the many challenging objectives of the Conquest mode, ensuring you a unique experience every time you play.

Band together in 2v2 matches or face each other in a free-for-all of up to four players. Tailor the parameters of your multiplayer match to your preferences, including AI difficulty, map size, victory conditions, sandworm aggression, storms, and number of Sietches. Team up and try different faction combinations to identify synergies and dominate Arrakis.

The ongoing loading of a nuke silo is automatically cancelled without refund when the village is liberated or abandoned.
The bug allowing to load multiple nukes at the same time has been fixed, in all known cases.
Devastated villages' buildings can no longer be targeted by military units.
Assassins can no longer attack a village as a regular military unit would.
Assassins cannot reset an assassination progression from an infiltration cell in siege or in combat.
Fixed heroes' range fx expanding and vibrating wildly after a while.
Atreides Support drones now properly pick up dying units, even when they are under an effect that makes them uncontrollable.
Peaceful annex is now interrupted and refunded by nuclear devastation (as if the village had been sieged).
Fremen major building Research Station now has the same benefits as other factions'.
Fremen units that should be stealthed for any reason when exiting a worm are no longer visible for a few frames before becoming stealthed.
The bonus trait given by Chani's ambush skill no longer disappear when leaving stealth.
The Contraband supply quest given by the Smugglers Main Base Underworld Headquarter Extension now gives the Fremen rewards that are useful to them.
Removed hidden Sanya bonus '+2 solari prod on military masterpieces', leftover from her old effect.
The Vernius treaty Harmless Gadget now properly does not break when entering conflict with Vernius.
A player that got disconnected is now able to join the lobby of a save file made after they were replaced by an AI.
Added a popup warning in case of unexpected disconnections during the lobby.
The 'no fog' setting bug in Spectator mode has been fixed in all known cases.
Add the word 'assassin' and all derivatives to the white list of the profanity filter.
Changes
Voting Phases
- During voting, it’s no longer possible to see changes in influence, solari, or CHOAM ownership in other factions.
- It’s no longer possible to buy CHOAM Shares during voting
- Selling CHOAM Shares during voting no longer reduces the price instantly. All such reductions are then applied all at once at the end of the council.
- Insider Trading gives
+2-> +1 influence per share sold - With the development “insider trading”, selling CHOAM shares during voting gives 50% less solari.
Bug Fixes
- Fix “incursion” conquest mission timer discrepancy (the same issue might still appear in “assault” mission, it should be fixed soon)
- Fremen warrior gear “Dry Training” no longer reduces max health with negative Water
Balancing
- The bonuses for having a completed blue district have been buffed:
- district 2 gives +2 -> +3 influence and +5 intel production
- for great houses, district 3 gives +100 -> +150 votes
- for fremen and smugglers, district 3 gives +100 -> +150 max influence and +4 -> +6 influence production
- district 2 gives +2 -> +3 influence and +5 intel production
- The “Water Seller” charter eligibility condition is to have 50 -> 70 Water production
- The conquest secondary objective “Guild Commission” and its Fremen counterpart “Recycling Spree” have been made slightly more difficult
Minor Changes
- Added “Random” map type, that will choose a map type for you from all available ones.
- Added an option to remove the version number that appears in-game on the bottom right of the screen, in the accessibility menu.
Please note that when sending screenshots of potential bugs, the version number is crucial information that we need to know. - The voice actors for Staban and Stilgar have been added in the credits.
Bug Fixes
- Iakin Nefud skill Cannon Fodder doesn’t apply to units that cannot gain experience
- Fixed statistics menu sometimes not showing data from finished games
- Fixed statistics menu recording spectated games as if you had actually played in them
- The secondary objective of “Spice Heist” has been fixed
- Fixed development given at the start of a conquest mission not working properly when the effect is instant
- Fixed lobby disconnect issue
- Some memory leaks have been plugged
Conquest
- Fremen conquest has been balanced to make the Spice Field liberation objective easier
- Music on the Smuggler conquest map has been improved

Balancing
- Vernius Combine Harvester Drone regen cost: 350 -> 100 solari for a full health bar
- When an ally sietch's raid is liberating a village, you can attack the village to take over the siege. If you cancel the liberation, the raid will leave.
- Ornithopter "swift" trait that gives "-70% damage received from Missile Battery and Main Bases" now also apply to Vernius Neural Nodes.
- Assassin can no longer be sent to a building to reset an assassination progress. They have to reach the village.
Bug fixes
- In conquest, "The Renegades" battle now launches properly
- Renegades properly establish bases
- Ecaz can properly launch atomics when they are not in truce with any alive factions
- Wardens give their armor bonus properly during last stand
- Wardens properly do not receive any buff during last stand
- Harkonnen "Interrogation Center" now properly removes captured agents from their owner agent list

Balancing
- Hammer attack speed 3.3 → 2.5

- Attacking a sietch now betrays truce with the Fremen
- Fremen cost to repopulate a sietch : 250 → 150 manpower 3000 → 1000 solari
- Fremen cannot repopulate a sietch if a teammate has pillaged it
- Fremen dev "Stalwart Alliance" adds effect: Allied Sietches Militia have +50% Life
- Fremen dev "Desert Watchers" adds effect: Fremen units also gain stealth near Allied sietches
- Militia and raids from allied sietch are considered as allies and can't be targeted nor attacked
- When neural nodes have the ability to attack, Ornithopters will try to avoid them as they do with missile turrets
- Abandoning a village does not refund building costs anymore
- Fremen are no longer eligible for "Council Representative", the charter that replaces dune governorship when political victory is disabled
QoL
- Added alerts for Fremen players to help them defend ally sietches
- After the game has ended, remaining players now have access to the "spectator" chat
- In Spectator mode, the option to follow a player’s camera will now close the landsraad windows automatically
Bug Fixes
- Fremen and Vernius harvesters are no longer affected by the training speed reduction at the beginning of the game
- Direct messages between Spectators no longer generate a "spoke with" message
- The pillage cost on game pass has been fixed
- Steam and Game Pass versions are synchronised, crossplay now functions
Balancing
- Gain from being in truce with someone 5 → 4 standing
- Building cost reduction only affects Plascrete and Solari costs
- Low Standing no longer prevents you from doing an action that costs standing, instead you will remain at 0
- Mobile turret now shoots at very long range while deployed
- Mobile Turret 25 → 30 power while deployed
- Spires deal +50% → +40% damage to units outside of their territory

- Pillaging
- Pillaging a sietch now takes 0.5 → 6 days
- Pillaging gains do not longer vary with game length. Base gains are a bit more important in early game and a fair bit smaller in late game.
- Pillaging gains are no longer multiplied by the amount of buildings in the village.
- Pillaging no longer gives plascrete depending on the amount of buildings in the village.
- Pillaging no longer gives plascrete or spice depending on the village production.
- Instead some buildings increase pillaging gains by a flat amount of a relevant resource. The gains coming from pillaging another faction's village is now more representative of its economic value.
- The gains from a pillage are computed at the beginning of the siege instead of at the end. Destroying buildings during a pillage does not reduce its bounty.
- Smugglers underworld headquarter extension "Contraband Caches" can stock up to 500 → 1000 spice, but that reward can no longer be increased by other bonuses.
- Pillaging a sietch now takes 0.5 → 6 days
Bug Fixes
- Players can now chat with spectators once the game is over
- Players that have conceded now get a result screen and can keep watching as spectator
- Players that have disconnected can now stay in the game in a paused state and can view the game summary or save the game
- Players that have disconnected can now join the game again from the multiplayer screen in the main menu
- Fixed AI difficulty not being available in multiplayer games
- Fixed the spectator "spice" tooltips showing the wrong player's values
- Vernius’ combine harvester drone is now properly flying when undeployed which makes it immune to ground-only attacks
- Various minor bug fixes
- Fixed Corrino dropping infinite main bases.
- Fixed games allowing more than 8 spectators.
- Fixed Irulan +2 crew in harvester being applied twice when two main bases are adjacent.

Balancing
- Added Annexation costs per ongoing Annexation, that are equals to cost of owning more region, but do not benefit from cost reduction and is never refunded.
- Atreides Peaceful Annexation takes 10 -> 5 days.
- Detection of a stealth unit now gives an alert.
- The ranges for detection of stealth units are not longer smaller at night.
Bug fixes
- Fixed fremen dev "Desert Watchers" so the unit stay hidden between regions.
- Fixed fremen dev "Arrakis Secret" so the harvester can be attacked right after undeploying, if you can detect them.
- Fixed Assassin reseting assassination progress factor even when the infiltration cell has been removed.
- Fixed the text explaining which faction is affected by an ongoing operation.
- Fixed the "World Museum" achievement in conquest.
Balancing
- Overkill damage is now applied to Executionner with "Meat Armor" gear
- Executionner "Meat Armor": heal 50 -> 40 hp per stack
Bug Fix
- Fixed Atreides Sustainable Spying not working on the second traits from Thuffir Hawat
- Fixed recruitment cancellation on multiplayer
- Fixed Village textures not being updated when annexed by a faction on multiplayer
- Fixed Harkonnen Gunners' "Blood Thinner" gear removing 50% life instead of 25% in some situations
Balancing
- Harkonnen Councillor Umman Kudu gives +3 -> +2 manpower prod
- Corrino development "Administrative Consolidation" gives -15% -> -20% upkeep on villages with 4 buildings of the same type
- Landsraad charter support: the efficiency of supporting a charter on the agenda depends on the time left before the next council. It gives 20 Priority for 10 Influence at the start of a period and only 2 Priority for 10 Influence at the end.
- Resolution "Controlled Markets" can no longer appear during the first 2 councils
Bug fixes
- Fixed airfields not being updated when using Vernius / Bronso
- Fixed Fremen hero first recruitment costing Solari
- Fixed refunded cost being divided each time we open the refund dialog
- Fixed not being able to choose a hero when no recruitment slot is available
- Fixed Fremen harvester recruitment being blocked if no recruitment slot is available
- Fixed not being able to cancel recruitment when refunding in a particular order
- Fixed Vernius not giving unlocked developments to teammates in 2v2
- Fixed agents gained via Sietch alliance not being removed if they were assigned to a Sietch
- Fixed Jamis receiving no authority when liberation is canceled from abandon of the village
- Fixed Executioner not receiving Bloodthirst stacks when there is an enemy drone nearby on the fight. (also apply to Adrenaline Addiction)

- Fixed Fighting Engineer receiving XP multiple times for each drone in the range and in combat (and for itself too)
