Bugfixes
Fixed one more instance where players and bots could spawn multiple caps.
Fixed a bug that could make player emotes, friends and other account-specific config disappear game to game.
Multiple players and bots sharing the colour red should no longer be possible.
Minimising the app should cause less interference with other player's turn timers on mobile.
Bots in manual placement should no longer wait out their entire turn timers.
Known Issues
We are aware of a bug that will cause player's published Sandbox maps to disappear if they log out of their accounts. We are working on a server-side fix we will be deploying in the coming days. (edit: this fix has now been deployed. Published maps will not disappear on a log out. Please note that drafts will continue to disappear, so make sure you publish your maps before logout if you want to keep them.)

There is still another hotfix incoming for 3.21, but we hope this helps you get online and playing with Sandbox right away!
Step 1. Ensure Steam funds are added before you click purchase in-app

Step 2. If you need to add funds, do so in the Steam app first

Sorry to everyone who has been grappling with bugs this release!
Fixes:
Fixed a bug where shop could become inaccessible in some countries.
Draft announcements at turn start should show again.
Player eliminations/forced trades should grant additional time again.
Known issues:
We're aware some people are spotting disappearing cosmetics and maps from their accounts - this has been fixed but due to caching issues, recovered items may take up to 24 hours to reappear.
Steam subscriptions should be working for most users - if you are still having issues, try adding funds to your Steam wallet before clicking purchase in app.
We're aware there's still many more bugs to fix and there will be at least one more hotfix in the coming days with more fixes. Please stand by!
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where eliminated players could be incorrectly flagged as bots.
Fixed a bug where eliminated players were unflagged as eliminated when spectating.
Bot out rules should work correctly now in manual placement setups.

Fixed continent highlighting on Abandoned Crystal Mines,
Fixed incorrect sea lane layering in Drained Great Lakes,
Fixed missing cloud VFX in Crown of the Skies,
Known Issues (these issues will have fixes in our next update)
Botted out players must be eliminated completely to stop them earning higher placements.
Non-host players will not always see bot icons on surrendered or permanently botted out players.
Botted out players in Neutral inactivity behavior games will still deploy instead of skipping their turns.
