Official update history
Version 1.0.3.1 fixes a bug on level 16 of the North America, where the truck is incorrectly positioned underground at the start of the level, causing a hit.
Version 1.0.3 brings two main updates to the game. First, a fix to the hitting system. We received feedback that hits were being registered even if the vehicle wasn’t moving from the same object. This is now fixed, so if the player hits something, additional hits will not register unless the player continues driving into the object.
The second addition in this hotfix is a requested feature: the ability to move the third-person camera to the rear of the vehicle. Now, by pressing "X" or the left D-pad on the gamepad, the third-person camera will toggle between the front and rear of the vehicle when driving vehicles with trailers. To accommodate this feature, the vehicle reset in Blind Spot has been moved to the bottom face button on gamepads.
Hotfix 1.0.2 fixes some urgent bugs and possible crash culprits.
The game now includes an FOV slider in the settings, as this was a requested feature and was relatively easy to implement within a shorter time frame.
Other updates are also in progress, but they will take a bit more time. Auto-braking has also been made a bit stronger, as it previously felt a bit weak. The option to disable auto-braking in the settings and use only manual braking is also in the works for a future update.
Found a couple human errors and fixed them:
-Mirror being flipped in Sandbox
-Bad hitbox
-Possible rare crash issue fixes
-Fixes to misspellings in translations
-Some level layout improvements
-Hitbox improvements
-Fixes for changing between keyboard and gamepad on the fly
The Slipstream minigame mode is now more challenging and engaging.
Other additions:
-Ships now move in the distance on select levels, making the game world feel more alive.
-Minor adjustments to unnecessary difficult levels.
-Various bug fixes.
Version 0.5.2 fixes some minor bugs and brings some performance improvements.
Version 0.5.1
-Fixed mirrors being the wrong way
-Added a modeled steering wheel to the vehicle's interior
-Added the ability to run while outside the vehicle
-Minor performance improvements
Version 0.4.10 brings the ability to make the player's camera follow the vehicle. This can be toggled in the settings, allowing players to choose their preferred way of keeping the camera still or having it follow the vehicle.
0.4.10 also brings some fixes to some janky hitboxes in the level assets, making them more precise.
Version 0.4.9 fixed some minor bugs and changed the game's running program name from 'ReverseProblem' to 'Reverse Problem' (with a space in between).
While doing beta test we got feedback on the games level progression, being a bit bothersome. Before you needed to complete all levels to proceed to the next level, but this could get annoing if the player gets stuck on a specific level.
You will now unlock the next two levels from a completed level to have choice on progression.
